Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

Unwashed, unworn, and in like-new condition

All original tags must remain attached

Items must be in resaleable condition with no damage, stains, or odors

Specify the reason for your return

Upload photos if requesting a refund for damaged or defective products

Print the prepaid return shipping label provided

Package items securely and attach the return label
Return Options
Customers may choose between a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, which can be used with no expiration date.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for any product in our store. Customers may exchange for any product with equal or lesser value.
Shipping Costs

International Returns
International returns are currently not accepted. For orders shipped outside the United States, please contact our service team.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos of the damaged items or a description of the defects so we can make it right.
